My beloved son Flt Lt Akash Yadav was an Indian Air Force
fighter pilot but unfortunately his Mi-17 helicopter on 19 Nov 2010 in Twang
near China border crashed due to technical failure and he along with his
co-pilot, an Army Lt Col and 10 Air Force Warriors dead at the spot while they
were on their duty.
I have established his memorial with his statue in my village Kosli at his cremation spot. I wish to hoist our National Flag on its top at roof on 15th Aug and 26th Jan every year as he had been wishing and celebrating our Independence Day and Republic Day with pride with his colleagues while he was alive. Is it legally OK ?

I don't know whether it is legally Ok or not but as a human being... It should be...
